• No Return, No Refund Policy. No refunds or Cancellations once paid. In case, if, event has been cancelled, than Upeya will refund full amount to End user/ buyer after deducting processing charges (if any)

• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or
• Technical difficulties.
